Small Letters and Numbers
|
 Saturn produces small letter and number electrodes in graphite, copper graphite and tellurium copper. These special small letter and number electrodes can be fabricated as fine as .040" (1mm) in height with a Z depth of 0.010". Common sizes are 1/16", 1/8" and 3/16". Height variations, right reading and reverse reading.
Often used in place of engraving hardened metals. Can also be used to produce punches as well as mold components for plastic injections molding applications. You are not required to purchase a complete (26 letter /10 number) set. 1/16" (1.5mm) high letters are 030" deep, 1/8" (3mm) high letters are .045" deep, and 3/16" (4.7mm) high letters are .060" deep. Standard font will be Bridgeport Arial, other fonts or sizes will be quoted on a special order basis. |
